Shipping policy
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch physical orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Our business operates on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
During peak periods, public holidays, or when we are travelling for teaching commitments, dispatch times may vary slightly. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.
Digital Products & Online Courses
Orders that include online courses or digital products do not require physical shipping.

Digital content is delivered via your Jewellery Training Solutions (JTS) student dashboard.

If you are a new customer, an account will be created automatically using your order details and login information will be emailed to you once enrolment is complete.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship physical products using Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries.
Shipping services and pricing are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders:

Australia (Domestic): Orders over $249 AUD

International: Orders over $299 AUD

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and vary depending on destination:

International: delivery times vary and may take several weeks depending on customs and local postal services
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside our control once a parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking & Responsibility
Where available, all shipments are sent with tracking.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information supplied, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
If a parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist by:

supporting investigations with the carrier where possible

Any customs charges, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
